📋 Short version: Site is a free collection of browser arcade games. Play them, enjoy them, and share the URL. Do not cheat, scrape, or resell the games. That is the spirit of everything below.

1. Your Agreement

By accessing and playing games on Site (sylvexandrelis.site), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the site. No account is required, so leaving is as simple as closing the browser tab.

2. The Service

Site provides free, browser-based arcade games. All games run client-side in your browser. No download, no registration, and no payment is required. Game sessions are short, non-violent, and intended for casual entertainment.

3. Licence to Play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and play the games for non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may share links to the site and create non-commercial recordings or streams. You may not:

Redistribute the game files or embed them on third-party platforms without written permission.
Use the games for commercial purposes without a separate written agreement.
Attempt to extract source code, assets, or game logic through reverse engineering or decompilation.
Interfere with our servers or use automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers) to access the site.

4. Fair Play

You agree to play honestly. Using external scripts, memory editors, auto-clickers, or any tool to manipulate scores, bypass game logic, or gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove suspicious scores from local leaderboards if we detect manipulation.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, visual design, characters, audio concepts, and branding on Site are the property of Site and its creators, except where noted. Google Fonts (Orbitron, Nunito, Comfortaa, Dela Gothic One, Fredoka One, M PLUS 1 Code) are used under their respective open licences. Emoji glyphs are rendered by your operating system and belong to their respective platform owners.

6. No Warranties

Site and its games are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or complete freedom from bugs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Site and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its games. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the greater of €100 or the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months. Because the service is free, this cap is ordinarily zero.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, they may be submitted to binding arbitration or to courts of competent jurisdiction where arbitration is not available. Claims must be brought within one year of the relevant event.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Site regarding the use of our service.
